What do I do if a driver is late?

To find out the location of your assigned driver, please use the tracking link at the bottom of your 'driven en route' email.

If the tracking link doesn't work, please contact our Customer Care Team here. Please ensure you have the order number ready before getting in touch. 
  • Customer Care operating hours: Mon-Fri 07:00-20:00, Saturday 07:00-15:00.

Please contact our support team before re-making any food. You will need to get approval from the customer experience team to be paid for any additional food made.
