I am unable to fulfil an order, what should I do?

If you receive an order that you are unable to fulfil, please follow the steps below:

1. Please contact our Customer Care Team here as soon as possible with the affected order number(s) highlighted in the email, followed by the reason why you are unable to fulfil the order. 
  • Customer Care operating hours: Mon-Fri 07:00-20:00, Saturday 07:00-15:00.
2. If you are unable to fulfil an order because you are unavailable or at full capacity that day, then please mark yourself as ‘on holiday’ on the site to prevent further orders from being placed.
