Order Size Vehicle Booker: Making sure that we know how big is your order lets us book the right size vehicle to fulfil it. This helps to get food to customers faster! We already pick a size for you based on the items included in the order as well as the order value, but you can always tell us if you need a bigger or smaller vehicle by updating the order size up to 90 mins before the pickup time.

Return journeys and order size are automatically calculated for all orders based on order value and whether the order includes hot food items. If needed, you can override these settings when you accept an order, or by hitting the 'edit ' button while viewing an order.

Return Booker: If you need to make sure your own equipment is returned, you can now do so by clicking edit on the bar next to the ‘Accept’ button on the order checklist. We normally assume you require a return if there is hot food within the order.
