How am I notified about orders?

You can now set up Order email notifications to specific email addresses so the right people are aware of any new orders or changes to existing orders. This can be set up on a location basis which means that only people within that specific kitchen location will receive notifications. This can be limited to the employees of the location or employees in the head office.

To set this up you will need to go to the Addresses section in the My Account dropdown menu.

Once you have selected a specific location you can add the email addresses you would like to receive order notifications to the Order notification email addresses section. Make sure each email address is separated by a comma as seen below.

Please note that this email address should also be a User on the website in order to accept or view order details. Find out how to add a user here
