I have a Group Ordering order showing as 'Open' which should have been finalised. What should I do?

This is a known issue affecting some Just Eat for Business orders. Our Technical Team is aware of the problem and inconvenience caused, and working to release a resolution in 2023. Please rest assured that despite the order not showing as 'finalised' on your side, customers can no longer add or remove portions from the order at this stage. Please allow a further 10-15 minutes after the scheduled choice deadline and the order should finalise, allowing you to print the labels as usual. We are unable to manually finalise the order on your behalf.

If the order is due to be delivered today, still doesn't show as finalised 15 mins after the time stated and this issue will cause the order to run late, please contact our Customer Care Team via chat. There, you can explain the issue and share an ETA for the order to be ready so that we can inform our courier partners and add a note to the order on the cause of the delay.
