What do I do if my equipment has not been returned yet?

The majority of orders will no longer need a return journey as they can be transported in recyclable delivery boxes or without any equipment if the food is ambient.

If you have sent out equipment for an order and not received it back immediately, please make our team aware by filling out this FORM. This form must be completed within 48 hours of the delivery; unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to return equipment that has not been flagged within 48 hours of delivery.

If you regularly send out equipment, such as tea and coffee flasks, gastro trays, pizza bags, or cool bags, then you will need to make sure that the item is correctly listed in your settings. Find out more here.
