Just Eat for Business uses services of a third party consultancy, SureFoot Solutions, to look after our food and health & safety policies.
Should food and health & safety issue arise with regards to any of your orders, you will be contacted by SureFoot Solutions on behalf of Just Eat for Business. If you are contacted by SureFoot, please comply with their requests to make the process of investigation run smoothly.
They will specifically be addressing any issues that might arise with regards to:
- Alleged food poisoning
- Foreign objects
- Allergic reactions
If you are contacted by the customer directly with regards to any food and health & safety issues with a Just Eat for Business order, please direct them back to Just Eat for Business so this can be investigated throughly.
