To leave driver feedback, first, find the order you wish to leave feedback in the Orders page. If you are leaving feedback on an order that has been delivered make sure that you are searching for it in the past order section in your orders view.

Once you have found the order, simply click “Rate driver”.

This will direct you to a form where you can leave feedback. Your feedback will be sent directly to our Operations team who will use it to improve your interactions with our couriers!
