Please ensure all contact details are updated regularly with the main point of contact for the store, their phone number and then any email addresses, as well as a contact telephone number for order notifications.

You can access this by logging into your account and clicking on the tab at the top called 'Account'. 

You will then need to click onto 'Addresses' and then 'View/Edit' to access each site's information and make any changes.
