What is a Pop Up, and how do I build one?

Last updated about 1 month ago

Pop-ups aren’t just about food, they’re about the experience too! You’ll usually set up a stand or counter inside the customer's office and serve them food directly. They are a great chance for you to broaden your menu and interact with eaters, while representing and publicising your brand. We find that customers' budgets also tend to be higher for pop-ups (average order value for pop-ups last year was £3K) so they represent a lucrative opportunity for you. For pop-ups you can also deliver all across London, not only within the 2.5 mile radius for office deliveries.
