Health and safety are our top priorities for all our customers and vendors here at Just Eat for Business. We work hard to deliver the best possible experience to you, which is why we want to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Just Eat for Business is following the guidance released by the government and is working closely with our vendor and delivery partners to stay up-to-date with and implement the advice, including advising against travel and self-isolation. Current advice from the NHS and the government is that it is: “very unlikely it [Coronavirus] can be spread through things like packages or food.”
These are our requirements for all vendor partners:
If your staff are returning from holiday abroad: All employees returning from
specified countries must go through self-quarantine as specified in Paragraph 2.1. of the
government guide.
If a member of your staff or a visitor is diagnosed with a case of COVID-19: You must notify Just Eat for Business immediately. As a precautionary action, we will suspend the vendor account and any affected driver as per official advice.
If you are unable to fulfil your order: We will look to find an alternative restaurant offering the same type of cuisine and serving style, where possible.
