How do I enable personalised/individual labelling?

Personalised, or individual labelling, is required for any Individual Choice order. These are orders where individuals from the customer's team choose their own items.

You can see whether your location has been enabled for Individual Choice by going to the Addresses section in the My Account dropdown menu.

Select the address you'd like to enable Individual Choice for, and tick the Individual Choice box found at the bottom of the page under the Pickup section.
