Within 15 minutes of seeing a same-day order come in, you must either:

1. Accept the order and proceed with preparations for the order as usual 

or

2. Let the Customer Care team know that you are unable to prepare this order by using the chat functionon this page.This action is required. You cannot simply not accept the order as a means of rejection. You must get in touch if you cannot prepare the same-day order.
